Daniel M. Margulies, AIA, N.C.A.R.B., LEED® AP BD+C

Daniel Margulies, Managing Principal of MHA has had over 39 years experience in the field of architecture and urban planning. Mr. Margulies’ innovative approach to architecture have set new standards in the profession. Most notably, among his achievements is the design of numerous aviation facilities including the innovative Mid-Atlantic Air Station for the USCG – the prototype air rescue station and the C-17 line maintenance facility at McGuire AFB – the first sustainable hangar. Although known for these large projects, Mr. Margulies experience also encompasses extensive and varied experience in project management and design of residential and mixed-use projects as well as lead designer for the successful Take the Field and Out2Play programs covering over 200 sites in New York City.

Mr. Margulies is a registered Architect in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida. He holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degrees from The City College School of Architecture and Environmental Science, The City University of New York.
