Matthew P. Hoelzli, AIA®
Matthew Hoelzli, Principal of MHA has had over 25 years experience in architecture and project management. Mr. Hoelzli has led his firm in a number of complex and significant projects, including the 1 million sf Church and Dwight manufacturing facility, the 1.1 million sf logistics facility for Sears Holdings and the growing mission critical market sector. Mr. Hoelzli also has expertise in investigations and building forensics – working on numerous disaster response and forensics projects. Mr. Hoelzli is also known for his work on large scale mixed-use projects including improvements to the Queens Crossing, Fulton Square and development of a conceptual mixed-use master plan for the Greenpoint waterfront.
Mr. Hoelzli is a registered Architect in New York and holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelorof Science degrees from The City College School of Architecture and Environmental Science, The City University of New York. Mr. Hoelzli also held the position of Adjunct Associate for the structural sequence of the undergraduate architecture program at CCNY for 7 years.
