Richard P. Saunderson, AIA, LEED-AP

Richard Saunderson has recently joined MHA as a Principal.  He has over 30 years experience as a project manager and architect on major projects including new buildings, adaptive reuse and conversions, historic and landmark structures, and interior architectural projects. These span the multifamily residential, commercial, educational and public sectors. His prior experience includes many large scale and signature projects in the New York metro area. 

Mr. Saunderson is a licensed architect in New York and several other states and holds a BArch degree from The City College School of Architecture, City University of New York, and graduated from New York City’s Peter Stuyvesant High School. He is also a LEED-Accredited Professional.

He was appointed to and served from 1995 through 2001 on the Affordable Housing Committee for the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson, New York.
