The Firm

Margulies Hoelzli Architecture, PLLC is a full service consulting firm that combines project management skills with a design approach that builds on user needs, functionality, innovation and interdisciplinary teamwork.  Begun in 2006, the New York - based firm has expanded to provide a wide range of design and project management services.

Our staff is a compilation of architects and technologists with broad and varied experience in the development of new buildings as well as the adaptive re-use of existing buildings.  The firm’s leadership embodies this range of talent and experience.

In the last five years, the firm has worked on building projects in excess of 10 million square feet.  This includes a wide breadth of project types both in the US and abroad, including major commissions for large commercial and residential mixed-use developments, aviation facilities, advanced technology manufacturing projects and mission critical facilities.

In addition to our commercial and advanced technology components, we are proud of our experience working with educational and non-profit groups in the design of over a hundred facilities associated with sports and recreation – particularly with inner city youth as part of the Out2Play and Take the Field programs in New York City’s five boroughs.
