Project Details:

New 475,000 SF mixed-use office and retail complex. The retail space occupies a 5-story granite clad podium featuring exposed glass atria and a street level plaza. Rising behind is the 17-story glass tower, which will house office space with panoramic views of Manhattan. Plans for the building also include a community center, medical offices and an upscale banquet area. Approximately 400-parking spaces have also been incorporated on two below grade levels. Overall project FAR and height were increased and parking reduced by variance application to the NYC Boards of Standards and Appeals. Project developed as part of a larger master plan that includes other mixed uses on an adjacent full block.
