On a beautiful autumn day, construction of the superstructure continues at the Freshpet food-grade production facility expansion in Bethlehem, PA designed by MHA.
37-12 Prince Street is a new 85,000 SF office building in downtown Flushing in Queens. MHA master planned and designed the office condo as Phase 1 of a larger mixed-use complex in Flushing’s expanding downtown restaurant and entertainment district.
MHA was honored to attend the groundbreaking for the expansion of Freshpet facility in Bethlehem, PA.
Construction of this core and shell industrial building by MHA was completed this past winter. Subsequently MHA designed the tenant’s office fitout for an expanding eCommerce operation.

Tangram House West, the second residential tower of the development, known at MHA as “NB3”, recently “topped out” with the completion of the roof slab.
