47-25 34th Street

Long Island City, NY

The existing industrial building at 47-25 34th Street is a typical 1920’s era 4 story industrial building containing over 300,000 square feet and occupying a full-block site in Long Island City, New York.

MHA designed the renovation for Metropolitan Realty Associates. This includes the adaptive reuse of two floors to accommodate a new tenant’s specific requirements for administrative offices, employee facilities and indoor berthing of fleet vehicles.
