560 West 125th Street

560 West 125th Street is a 275,000 square foot mixed-use development located in the Upper West Side’s 125th Street Special Purpose District, which extends the entertainment corridor west of Broadway towards the Hudson River waterfront. 

MHA master planned and designed the 16-story mixed-use development that includes 280 market rate residential units and 65,000 square feet of entertainment-based retail and underground parking.  The design is developed in accordance with City Planning’s Quality Housing guidelines, and the foundation system design is coordinated with the adjacent MTA subway structures.
