AC Moore – a retailer of arts, crafts and floral merchandise serving the northeastern United States. It was acquired by Michael’s in 2019 to become the largest arts and crafts retailer in the US.
MHA performed architectural design services for the 769,000 square foot corporate headquarters and distribution facility in Winslow Township, New Jersey. The build-to-suit facility consists of 60,000 square foot of corporate headquarters with a central data center / disaster recovery site accompanying a 700,000 square foot distribution operation. The logistics operation is equipped with multi-level pick mezzanines for efficient movement of product both in and out of the facility.
