Gretz Beer Company is a fourth generation distributor of Anheuser Busch and microbrew beers to the Philadelphia suburban counties of Bucks, Berks, Montgomery and Delaware.
MHA designed the adaptive re-use of an existing 330,000 square foot Otis Elevator industrial facility to a temperature controlled beer distribution center served by truck & rail. The building includes the company’s 50,000 square foot headquarters for executive operations, sales and marketing.
