Genji Sushi is the No. 1 multi-concept solution provider of sustainable pan-Asian cuisine. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, it is the largest sushi provider to Whole Foods Market, serving the Eastern U.S., California and the UK. Ingredients are all-natural, and fish is sourced from suppliers who use sustainable fishing practices which do not deplete the fish population.
MHA designed a 40,000 square foot distribution facility including 35,000 square feet of distribution space with 5,000 square feet of 40 deg cooler and -30 deg freezer environments for sushi products.
