Genji Sushi is the No. 1 multi-concept solution provider of sustainable pan-Asian cuisine.  Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, it is the largest sushi provider to Whole Foods Market, serving the Eastern U.S., California and the UK.  Ingredients are all-natural, and fish is sourced from suppliers who use sustainable fishing practices which do not deplete the fish population.

MHA designed a 40,000 square foot distribution facility including 35,000 square feet of distribution space with 5,000 square feet of 40 deg cooler and -30 deg freezer environments for sushi products.

Freshpet

Freshpet is the first producer of health-conscious, preservative-free pet food. MHA has worked with Freshpet on multiple projects from its early beginnings, designing FDA/USDA grade facilities to accommodate the use of fresh ingredients, cooking and refrigeration to keep pace with growth.

Alacer Emergen-C

Alacer is the manufacturer of the Emergen-C line of vitamin immune system support products. MHA initially provided programming and alternate site analysis to assist Alacer in site selection for the East Coast expansion of their California-based operations.

Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s is an American chain of “fresh format” grocery stores headquartered in Monrovia, California.  MHA has worked with Trader Joe’s on multiple projects, designing the company’s processing and supply-chain presence in the northeastern United States.
