The Hilton Capital District is a 17 story, 384 key, 222,500 square foot hotel in downtown Albany.
MHA designed the renovation of an existing Crowne Plaza Hotel as part of a re-branding effort. The project included renovation of all hotel rooms and suites, ballrooms, meeting rooms, pre-function areas, pool, fitness, and back of house to conform to new Hilton brand standards. The ground floor was re-programmed to accommodate a new entrance experience, reception area, lobby and lounge bar/restaurant. The building’s exterior was re-branded with new lighting, signage and porte cochere.
