Hilton Manhattan East is a 20-story hotel on East 42nd Street and 2nd Avenue in the Tudor City neighborhood of Manhattan. The first residential skyscraper complex when it first opened its doors in 1931, the property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It has served diplomats, world leaders and politicians alike due to its proximity to the United Nations and Grand Central Terminal.
MHA designed the renovation of guest rooms, the lobby restaurant and lounge areas, and prepared a development study for partial residential conversion.
