Kikkerfrosch Brewery

Goshen, NY

Kikkerfrosch, LLC is a New York based brewer of German-Style draft beers in the United States using a brew process designed to set a new benchmark in large scale beer production that follows strict German standards.

MHA designed the new 20,000 barrel prototype brewery operation in a 75,000 square foot facility on a 53 acre site in upstate Goshen, New York. The production facility was planned around the brewing operation with liquor treatment, malt and yeast handling, filtration, carbonization, and fermentation tanks. An ammonia refrigeration system was designed to support the brew process. The program included a bottling line, kegging plant and product storage areas.

The facility also included administrative operations and a public Bier Garten accommodating 200 guests.
