Lucent Technologies, formerly Bell Laboratories, is a manufacturer of advanced telecom and broadband infrastructure equipment.

Project consisted of the adaptive reuse and expansion of an existing one story, 22,000 SF building for research labs, clean rooms, and executive offices. A new 10,000 SF, 3-story addition is designed specifically to house a new fiber optic draw tower as well as related process components for the development of specialty fiber optic materials. Design included a bulk gas storage and distribution installation for LOX, liquid nitrogen, and hydrogen.
