Metrograph LA

Los Angeles, California

Adaptive reuse of three existing lots along a major boulevard located in downtown Hollywood, Los Angeles.

The design includes four new building arranged and master planned in the style of old Hollywood movie production lots. The three new theatre buildings range from 345 seat, 178 seat and 58 seat theatres with pre-function halls, food and beverage establishments.

The campus includes a 15,000 sf outdoor roof top deck used as an event space with covered parking below. An adjoining a four story bungalow styled hotel with outdoor pool abuts the entertainment deck. A three story live/work unit building is adjacent to the main entrance portal and caters to the local movie industry.
