Metrograph NYC

New York, NY

This project consists of the adaptive re-use of an existing Lower East Side industrial building into a two screen movie theater devoted to screening archive-quality 35mm prints and new films in state-of-the-art digital projection.

It is New York’s first independent arthouse theater in decades.  The project includes 175 seat and 50 seat theaters for screening of both 35 mm and digital video with a restaurant, bar/lounge and bookstore.
