Mt. Sinai Community Offices

New York, NY

The Mount Sinai Hospital, founded in 1852, is one of the oldest and largest teaching hospitals in the United States. Located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, it has expanded to multiple off-campus facilities.

This fit-out of a vacant tenant space for off-site offices places mobile medical professionals including doctors, RNs, PTs, etc. locally in the community they serve. It also serves as a base for several research divisions.

The project includes 14,000 square feet of new offices on three levels, all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, security and IT integration for multiple departments, and perimeter offices with full height glazed partitions to allow natural light into interior spaces.
