Nordstrom Logistics Facility
Rancho Cucamonga, CA
The Nordstrom Logistics Facility consists of a 250,000 square foot single story operation with approximately 80,000 square feet of various service and sortation mezzanines for the distribution of consumer goods. To enhance the design developed by St. Onge, MHA constructed an additional mezzanine space within the building as part of a logistics upgrade to the facility.
In addition to the interior modifications, the south, west and east parking lots were refurbished and reconfigured to accommodate new traffic flows that improved safety, capacities and operational needs.
