Pfizer Aviation Facility
Trenton-Mercer County Airport, NJ
The Pfizer Aviation Facility is the primary base of operations for corporate Gulfstream IV and V’s, 737’s, Sikorsky S-76B Helicopters and air personnel.
The 90,000 square foot facility consists of a Group I hangar, administrative operations, maintenance shops and a fueling station, as well as executive conference and hospitality accommodations on a 13-acre site.
MHA provided architectural design services in conjunction with Thornton Tomasetti providing structural and MEP design.

Avitat Aviation Facility
MHA designed this two-phased renovation and expansion of two wings of an existing hangar facility. Phase I consisted of 24,000 square feet of hangar space, with a newly expanded two-story lean-to shop and office, a new terminal space and approximately 8,500 square feet of multi-tenant office space.
