Queens Crossing

Queens, NY

Queens Crossing is a 475,000 square foot mixed-use office and retail complex in Queens, New York.

The project’s retail space occupies a five-story granite clad podium featuring an exposed glass atrium and a street level plaza designed to work with City Planning’s larger open space plan for the downtown Flushing area.  Rising above the podium is a 12-story glass office condo tower with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.

Overall project FAR and height were increased, and parking was reduced by variance application to the NYC Boards of Standards and Appeals.
