Sears Kenmore, the appliance subsidiary of the former Sears Holdings, is a 100 year-old manufacturer of quality consumer appliances.

MHA designed the 1.2 million square foot regional distribution and service facility for Kenmore Appliances.  It was the second of four buildings designed by MHA totaling 5.6 million square feet within First Industrial’s 900-acre Covington Industrial Park, located in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
