Tangram Tower

Queens, NY

The Tangram Tower is a 14-story commercial office tower part of the 1.6 million square foot Tangram mixed-use development in Flushing, New York.

MHA master planned and designed the 90,000 square foot office condo as Phase 1 of a larger mixed-use complex in Flushing’s expanding downtown restaurant and entertainment district.  Located on a narrow site, the office building was designed to accommodate professional offices to service the local community.  The building was developed with a flexible, open floor plan, with a steel superstructure designed to clear span the full width of the building without interior columns.
