“The Factory”

“The Factory” is a business laboratory housed in the existing Bethlehem Steel Building 96, a former World War II era steel mill. Considered as “Factory U”, it is a co-working innovation site for entrepreneurs in downtown Bethlehem, PA.

MHA programmed and master planned 26,000 square foot adaptive re-use of the existing structure to simultaneously accommodate multiple users.
