Unilever is a multi-national consumer goods company.  Its products include food and beverages, cleaning agents, beauty products and personal care products.

MHA designed a 65,000 square foot expansion to the existing manufacturing facility in Jefferson City.  This facility is used for the manufacture of Unilever’s Dove and Axe line of soap and skin care products.  The expansion includes a 40,000 square foot addition to accommodate a new shipping wing and a new 25,000 square foot conveyor mezzanine to accommodate new product production lines as part of a multi-phase production/process modernization effort.  Building additions were planned utilizing both sustainable and energy efficient day lighting technologies.

The Maytag Corporation is an American home and commercial appliance brand owned by Whirlpool Corporation. MHA provided architectural design services for a 390,000 square foot distribution facility within First Industrial’s 900-acre Covington Industrial Park, located in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
