Yidel Weiss Logistics Facility

Concept design for Yidel Realty, a distributor of goods and services, intends to construct a new one-story warehouse building in the village of Goshen, New York on a 83-acre site. The multi-tenant building’s footprint will consist of 500,000 square feet in addition to a multi-story 25,000 square foot office building. The façade design features a subtle pattern of understated precast concrete walls that blends in to the building’s main entrance façade of sloped pilasters and sea-green reflective glazing. The combined modulation of these vertical elements helps to break down the scale of the building and offers a welcoming experience along Route 17M.
